Why Classic World only
Heroic worlds cannot do it
Nexon's own world rules state that on Heroic worlds mesos and non-equipment items cannot be traded with other accounts, and that the Auction House and Meso Market are unavailable. There is no delivery mechanism, at any price.
Classic World trades player to player
Classic World is reported to launch without an Auction House, so exchange happens directly between players. That is the mechanism a handover needs.

No number is published here yet. Classic World has not launched, so any figure would be invented. Waitlist members hear the rate first.

Can you deliver mesos in MapleStory Classic World?
That is the plan from launch. Classic World is reported to ship without an Auction House, so trades happen player to player, which is the mechanism a meso delivery needs. We will confirm the exact handover once the world is live and we have run it ourselves.
What does it cost?
No rate is published yet. Classic World has not launched, so there is no settled market to price against. Pre-launch listings elsewhere disagree with each other by a wide margin. We publish our rate when it is real, not before.
Why not just buy mesos on my Heroic world?
You cannot. On Heroic worlds mesos and non-equipment items cannot be traded between accounts, and the Auction House and Meso Market are unavailable. That is why this offer is Classic World only.
